“They can attach patches to bags. I submitted my bag in on Saturday with the return date set for Wednesday but I was able to get it back Monday. Good quality. My patch had HARD super glue on the back of the patch before asking them to attach it so I'm sure it was a difficult job but they got it done ?.“

The stains got lighter instead of being removed. Luis offered to pay for the damage, but my daughter declined because she didn't think the sweat shirt could be saved anyway. I appreciated that they were willing to reimburse her for the sweatshirt even though it was nothing they could have done to save it. I loved their customer service and have been coming ever since. Now my other daughter uses them as well. We are a black family. I could care less about someone's race as long as they treat me with respect.“
