From the front office to the field technician my experience with comfort shield was amazing!! I received texts letting me know when the technician was arriving, and they were prompt. From the time Ken the technician arrived at my home he was very professional and informative about the project. Carl and Ken, provided me with their expertise and professionalism, not to mention offering their friendly nature, to address my current HVAC issues. Ken was quick to come to my home (within the same day), assess my current problem and then offer to me both short and a longer term solutions. He sent me his Company’s proposal (offering a discount with great financing terms), within 24 hours of his visit for a new HVAC system, should I decide to proceed, within the next short while.
