The environment is welcoming. The front desk staff is always pleasant and helpful.
I don't think the virtual check in representative should not verbally discuss co pay amounts, pass due mounts due. While there I witnessed a patient forced to discuss his inability to pay verbally only to be told to speak to rep at desk to make arrangements!! Super uncomfortable!!
The waiting area is so small and the virtual assistant is so loud you can't help but hear the discussion. I understand they are not violating any laws discussing patients medical conditions, but why else would you be at therapy office if not for therapy. That's a given. Thank you“
