The environment is welcoming. The front desk staff is always pleasant and helpful.
I don't think the virtual check in representative should not verbally discuss co pay amounts, pass due mounts due. While there I witnessed a patient forced to discuss his inability to pay verbally only to be told to speak to rep at desk to make arrangements!! Super uncomfortable!!
The waiting area is so small and the virtual assistant is so loud you can't help but hear the discussion.

My experience with this physical therapy team has been incredible throughout my recovery from a back injury. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, supported, and genuinely cared for. My therapist, Emily Johnson, is an exceptional physical therapist. She listens closely, explains everything clearly, and creates a treatment plan that truly fit my needs. Her professionalism and encouragement made every session productive and comfortable. I’ve seen real improvement thanks to her expertise and genuine care.
Benchmark physical therapy was absolutely amazing they helped me regain strength in my neck and back!!! I would recommend to any and everyone. The staff is amazing, kind, and patient. They are always checking up on you and are just all around wonderful people, so I want to also thank you for all of the help and support on this journey to recovery!!!
