After a mayor spine / back surgery , it was finally decided by my physician, that I DO needed PT and after researching , I was sure Benchmark would be the right fit for me .
At first , it was a little painful , but with the right instructions and care , I felt so much better .
The employees were caring , respectful and fun and made you feel at ease and after a while , it became a place I looked forward to going .
If ever I needed , for whatever reason ,physical therapy , I would choose Benchmark all over again .

My experience was awesome,I really pleased with the professional care and passion these young ladies bring forward. They listen and show true enthusiasm toward assisting my concerns and go above the normal standard to ensure the best care is provided. Along with that I would like to recognize the front end reception because Nycole, she is the face of the establishment and really represents the welcome of each client, ensuring their comfort during and exiting their visit. All in all I thank Benchmark for both sessions I attended for making me feel exceptionally like family, wishing you all well going forward.
All of the ladies at BenchMark are personable, kind, sweet, and care about their clients. They try to address the needs of the clients the best of their abilities. They listen to the client’s needs, wants, feelings, and accommodate accordingly. The ladies are very knowledgeable, flexible, and enjoy what they do. Thank you ladies for all of your assistance.
