Jerry Reid with Reid Electric is outstanding. After our HVAC company couldn’t diagnose an issue with our air conditioner, Jerry quickly identified the real problem, pinched wiring inside the wall that was overheating and burning through insulation to our outdoor heat pump. It was a serious hazard that could have led to a house fire, and he diagnosed it quickly.
What really sets Jerry apart is his work ethic and character. He makes himself available evenings and weekends, shows up when he says he will, charges fair prices, and is incredibly respectful in your home, even taking his shoes off without being asked.

We had an issue with our pool light, and Jerry was able to get that resolved. While doing that, he noticed that there was no ground fault for our pool and pump. We never would have realized this, and are very grateful for him pointing it out. He got it all taken care of for us. Highly recommend.
