After our HVAC company couldn’t diagnose an issue with our air conditioner, Jerry quickly identified the real problem, pinched wiring inside the wall that was overheating and burning through insulation to our outdoor heat pump. It was a serious hazard that could have led to a house fire, and he diagnosed it quickly.
What really sets Jerry apart is his work ethic and character. He makes himself available evenings and weekends, shows up when he says he will, charges fair prices, and is incredibly respectful in your home, even taking his shoes off without being asked.

Mr.Mack arrived earlier than the scheduled time, which I really appreciated. Because it was raining, he explained that it would be difficult to proceed with the carpet cleaning that day. However, it was my final move-out day, so I absolutely needed the cleaning done. Thankfully, after finishing another job, he made time to come back and complete the service for me. I was truly grateful for his kindness, flexibility, and dedication to helping his customer.

My Mom doesn't know how to make a Google review and asked me to make one for her. All I know is she was given a quote from Home Depot that was an insane amount. She said she would reach out to Joseph Sikes from Devine Designs in hopes that the quote they give fits her budget. I guess she liked their quote because not only did she choose them to do her floors, she will not stop talking about how happy she is with their quality of work and communication throughout the whole process.

Only a Realtor can understand how it saved the day!! Their estimate was very reasonable and the customer service was outstanding!
