I have had multiple communication issues with Beacon. I tested my security system a few months back and did not get a response. When I called the monitoring company they had no indication of the alarm being activated. This happened a second time the other day. I did overlook my past invoice and when I called to discuss and pay my invoice or discontinue the service all I got was a voicemail stating that my service would be cancelled per my request. I would think a company that cared about my business would want to discuss why I was cancelling their service? I have called and left messages for about a year now. I have needed them to come out and fix the cameras they installed.
