I was pleased with Allgood. Then they purchased, merged, whatever with this company. It's been disastrous trying to communicate with them. I was told they only treat the exterior of the home not inside? What a joke. As soon as I have time to research and interview other companies, I'm cancelling.

Had to call them back several times regarding areas they missed. Manager came out and justified the protocol for not treating all areas. They just want to get in and get out as quickly as possible and try to justify their non performance with we'll come out for "free" if you see anything.
