Before booking, I spoke with the owner and shared my concerns. She listened with genuine empathy and understanding. Instead of dismissing my fears, she discussed ways to make the experience easier for him, including scheduling him as the first appointment of the day to reduce his time there and minimize stress. Although the next opening was far out, she kindly added him to a waitlist and got him in much sooner than expected.

On the day of his appointment, she immediately put me at ease. She assured me they would monitor him closely and call if any concerns came up. Leaving him was still difficult, but her kindness and confidence gave me peace of mind.

My sweet boy did wonderfully, and the entire staff treated him with love, patience, and care. From the moment we arrived, it was clear they truly care about the pets entrusted to them.

To top it off, his haircut is the best he has ever had. He looks amazing, and the attention to detail exceeded my expectations.

My precious French Bulldog, Cash, will be staying for a week over the Fourth of July while my family gathers in Florida for a reunion. Even on short notice, the owner, Christy, graciously welcomed me for a tour and took the time to walk me through exactly what each day would look like for my sweet boy. She explained that he could bring his favorite blanket, would receive his regular meals, have plenty of outdoor time, and stay in a separate, climate-controlled area designed for his comfort and safety.

The facility was spotless, cool, and well-maintained, and every dog I saw appeared happy, relaxed, and well cared for. I especially loved that each kennel had a personalized sign displaying the dog’s name, identification, feeding instructions, and other important details. That level of organization and attention to detail gave me tremendous peace of mind.

Indian Shoals Pet Resort has the charm of a cozy country farm while offering the quality and professionalism of a luxury boarding facility. It’s conveniently located near the Dacula/Bethlehem area, which is another huge plus.

I trust Christy and her team completely and know my little Cashy will be loved and well cared for during his stay. “When I got home from a few days away , my cat was very ill. She hadn't eaten, and had become very dehydrated. It seems that she was so stressed by my leaving that she got sick and had a uti. The veterinarian and staff were very kind and quick to help. The medications that were prescribed worked quickly. 2 weeks later, she has gained back the weight she lost while I was away, and she is eating and drinking normally.
