Shampooch Palace

I’m incredibly grateful for the care and compassion shown to my 14-year-old Yorkie. After he experienced a recent medical emergency, I was very nervous about taking him out. As a senior dog, travel and strange places cause him a lot of anxiety.

Before booking, I spoke with the owner and shared my concerns. She listened with genuine empathy and understanding. So glad we finally found a groomer that is exceptional! We tried several in the area that were either extremely overpriced or just not good with my pup. Shampooch is amazing! Our pup is very anxious and nervous and they have been great with getting her to feel comfortable and even adjusting her appointments so that she can be in and out quickly! Highly recommend!

Amazing transformation! Wow! I decided to try to groom my dog because hair was in her eyes. It looked very choppy. Shawna did an amazing job making her look so smooth. She is incredibly soft and looks so good!
