“Dr. Don DeLong is by far the absolute greatest exotic pet Veterinarian I have ever had the pleasure to know. He has an incredible beside manner and wraps you up in his joyfulness. You makes you feel like family and has such compassion. His understanding and indepth research on exotics is mind blowing. He carries himself with confidence yet grace and is so, so kind. He takes care of my aged guinea pig that I adore and treatesd him like King Tut. He pulled out all the bells and whistles in treating him and we had a successful surgery removing a tumor. The staff are EXCEPTIONAL as well and always helpful and friendly. This is a one in a million practice and I am forever greatful.”

“The adoption agency lady (Judy) is very kind and helpful along with the petsense crew. Although its a small store it has most of the things i need for my pet. I would recommend that petsense add a clay litter for kittens though since young kittens can get impacted by clumping litter when they are under 4months of age. Other than that a wonderful place to shop for your pet.”
