As a restaurant manager, GARS has been nothing short of reliable for us. Very responsive to work orders, generally accepting them and being on site the same or next day. One of the few vendors I use that I know will be here when they say and get the work done. They’ll take the time to explain to me what went wrong with the equipment and steps to prevent in the future. They’re one of the companies I hope to never have to use, but one that I know I can count on when I do.
Had work done by this company and all I have are positive things to say. The technicians were courteous and on time. Finished in a timely manner and cleaned up afterwards. Will recommend to anyone needing restaurant repair services. I would give 10 stars if I could.
