“Chris is absolutely amazing! My husband and I used Chris in June 2021 to renovate a home we purchased in June 2021Here are a list of things we did with Chris:-Complete interior painting (ceiling, walls, trims, windows, baseboards, kitchen cabinets exterior and interior, garage walls and doors. We did not paint the interior of the closets because there were closet systems inside). Chris was extremely knowledgeable with the different types of paint brands (he even offered a paint upgrade option that MOST companies weren't willing to do). He educated and informed us along the way. My husband and I would ask Chris literally a million questions and he would answer them and the ones he did not know he was very honest about.-Carpet removal and replacement: Chris asked exactly what I was looking for and he provided 3-4 different samples. And the one's we chose were AMAZINGGGGGG. So many compliments on our carpet that it's all people talk about lol.-LVP install in the basement: Again, he provided the different option and quality (of thickness) of the LVP's and provided different samples.-We removed old built-in bookshelves from the 90's and made a complete flat wall by adding dry wall and he was able to add the trims in the missing walls.-Garage floor epoxy: the dirty grease stains are completely gone!-Refinished hardwood floors: we have 100% real wood floors, so we had them sanded, buffed, stained, and coated satin. And Chris recommended satin because a glossy finish will make the home look weird and we are GLAD we went with that option.Our entire project took approximate 7 weeks and we are beyond satisfied with the results. Chris was present 99% of the time (he has subcontractors). Our home went from a 31 year old, dark and gloomy home to a complete make over it almost looks like a new construction!Services: Installation“

“Martinez Custom paint recently painted the walls and trim of interior of the lower floor in our house and did a fantastic job at a great price. They are meticulous in their work. This company was highly recommended by friends who used them to paint their house. We had talked to several other companies and reviewed additional painting companies on Google, but decided to use Mr. Martinez after seeing the work he did at our friend's house. “*(Update) They worked together with another company to get the water up and limit any damage to the house*Had a water pressure issue repaired by this company that was hired by my property manager. They fixed the issue but left within 10 minutes of saying all issues were fixed. Pipe busted going from the water heater to the main water like to the house and it takes a minute to get to the bottom of my driveway to shut the water off.They came back and shop vac’ed what they could and left and another company came by last night and extracted the carpet. One of the guys said his supervisor (idk why there’s a supervisor with a 2 man crew) was rushing to leave even though they’re supposed to wait 1-1.5 hours before leaving to make sure everything is in working order. Very frustrating experience. If all turns out well on the back end of this I’ll leave a much better review.“
“Early in the summer Simply Southern Homes came in and was able to help us get our Kitchen remodeled to the way my wanted, even taking down an existing wall to create a more open feel in the living space. Jeff was able to coordinate with his team and contractors to get the work completed while dealing with some unforeseen adversity that arose. For my wife, being a stay at home mom, sometimes the contractors would show up at the house unannounced and that would take her by surprise. All in all, the finished product is exactly what my wife wanted.“
