“Harris waterproofing did an outstanding job fixing a flooding problem in our basement. Before Harris's work, our finished yankee basement in our new construction home repeatedly flooded during moderate to heavy rainstorms. Harris was able to identify the source of the problem (our interior drainage system wasn't working correctly, the drain to the exterior of our basement steps needed to be expanded, and our pump system needed to be fixed). Harris implemented a thorough and comprehensive fix, which was overseen by Tim Harris himself (the owner of the company), for a very reasonable price. Thanks to Harris's hard work, our basement has not had a drop of water enter over the last 7 months, even during very heavy rainstorms here in Atlanta. We are so grateful to Harris for their dedication and hard work and for allowing us to now fully enjoy our basement. “Having Westbrook install a new roof on my home was surprisingly stress free, Todd Chalfant the owner came out and walked us step by step through the process.A new shingle roof should never be installed over the old shingle meaning the old shingle had to be torn off , ugh!! Westbrook went through Great lengths to protect my landscaping, tarps completely surrounded my Home, items that needed to be removed for protection were moved or covered. The clean up was spotless and very meticulous, it was apparent the crew Westbrook used has worked with him a long time as everything was organized. Todd the owner was constantly on the roof to detect anything that could potentially be a problem, rotten decking, adequate fasteners from original construction etc. There were a couple problem areas that he corrected and did not try and “upcharge” me. Everything was done as previously discussed and written in our contract and a few additional to boot! They were there on time, worked very hard, they do not work fast but they are continuous and steady! I liked having my roof replaced with no hidden fees, done on time with top of the line quality by a contractor that is fully insured!
