“Chris is absolutely amazing! My husband and I used Chris in June 2021 to renovate a home we purchased in June 2021Here are a list of things we did with Chris:-Complete interior painting (ceiling, walls, trims, windows, baseboards, kitchen cabinets exterior and interior, garage walls and doors. We did not paint the interior of the closets because there were closet systems inside). Chris was extremely knowledgeable with the different types of paint brands (he even offered a paint upgrade option that MOST companies weren't willing to do). He educated and informed us along the way. My husband and I would ask Chris literally a million questions and he would answer them and the ones he did not know he was very honest about.-Carpet removal and replacement: Chris asked exactly what I was looking for and he provided 3-4 different samples. And the one's we chose were AMAZINGGGGGG. So many compliments on our carpet that it's all people talk about lol.-LVP install in the basement: Again, he provided the different option and quality (of thickness) of the LVP's and provided different samples.-We removed old built-in bookshelves from the 90's and made a complete flat wall by adding dry wall and he was able to add the trims in the missing walls.-Garage floor epoxy: the dirty grease stains are completely gone!-Refinished hardwood floors: we have 100% real wood floors, so we had them sanded, buffed, stained, and coated satin. And Chris recommended satin because a glossy finish will make the home look weird and we are GLAD we went with that option.Our entire project took approximate 7 weeks and we are beyond satisfied with the results. Chris was present 99% of the time (he has subcontractors). Our home went from a 31 year old, dark and gloomy home to a complete make over it almost looks like a new construction!Services: Installation“

“After getting quotes from several companies, I chose MDJ. They weren't the cheapest quote, nor the most expensive. I chose MDJ because Michael is a straight talking man. What he said would be done happened as he said it would. The crew did the roof quickly and replaced decking as needed, installed new drip edging, and swapped out outdated vents for a ridge vent. The yard was spotless. The only way I could tell MDJ had been here was that I had a new roof ! I'm glad I chose MDJ !

“Having Westbrook install a new roof on my home was surprisingly stress free, Todd Chalfant the owner came out and walked us step by step through the process.A new shingle roof should never be installed over the old shingle meaning the old shingle had to be torn off , ugh!! Westbrook went through Great lengths to protect my landscaping, tarps completely surrounded my Home, items that needed to be removed for protection were moved or covered. The clean up was spotless and very meticulous, it was apparent the crew Westbrook used has worked with him a long time as everything was organized. Todd the owner was constantly on the roof to detect anything that could potentially be a problem, rotten decking, adequate fasteners from original construction etc. There were a couple problem areas that he corrected and did not try and “upcharge” me. Everything was done as previously discussed and written in our contract and a few additional to boot! They were there on time, worked very hard, they do not work fast but they are continuous and steady! I liked having my roof replaced with no hidden fees, done on time with top of the line quality by a contractor that is fully insured! We were a little lost with the layout of our basement, and even other contractors we got bids from didn't seem to have the vision that Ray did. He was able to move walls and put up beams to open up walls to create a much more useable space than the way the basement was framed initially. We were completely impressed with the quality of work he and his subs did. He does not cut corners. Definitely knows what he is doing, and the best part, he bids it for quality so he isn't constantly coming back changing the price. The price is the price (unless of course you make significant changes to the initial bid).
