I’ve been going to Stained since they opened, I had was in a horrible car accident (not my fault) broken leg, arm, wrist, herniated discs blah blah blah you get the ugly cry ! So I had to have a very risky neck/brain surgery I was already in so much pain on so many pain meds I wasn’t my fun self ? Dodie and my mom took my braces off and started me in the red light bed and hand on the Bible I was walking without a cane 5 days later. These were my significant results, I’ve had a couple more surgeries and end up back at Stained, and I get tanned within 5 days ?
Got me in and out with minimum waiting. Medicine given very effective. Friendly staff.

Dr Jennifer Proctor recently came to my home to help me with my dog Buck. She is a very caring professional doctor who immediately put me at ease even when the circumstances were serious and Buck had to be put to sleep. It is apparent that both Dr Proctor and her assistant Shelby both love animals and will go over and beyond to help the pet and its human know they are getting the best care possible with love and tenderness included. They did a great job and were very kind and professional. The workmanship appears to be excellent. My only concern was the pricing and lack of transparency.
There is about a $72 service charge to come out and provide an estimate, which is applied to the work if you move forward. I needed my garbage disposal replaced and the right-side sink drain rebuilt. The total came to about $830, which was much higher than I expected.
The technician explained they only install the Badger 5XP disposal. I even asked for a price without replacing the disposal—just rebuilding the drain—and that estimate was still over $300.
I understand every plumbing job is different, and I wasn’t expecting an exact quote over the phone. However, when I called to schedule the appointment and asked what I should expect, I was told they don’t provide any pricing guidance whatsoever. Even a rough range for common jobs like a garbage disposal replacement or drain repair would have helped set expectations.
By the time the estimate was presented, I had already paid the service fee, driven 2½ hours to the property, coordinated with my tenant, and set aside the time. I felt somewhat committed to moving forward.
Overall, I’m satisfied with the quality of the work and the professionalism of the technician. I just wish there had been more upfront pricing transparency so I could have made a more informed decision before scheduling the visit.
One additional surprise was that the payment screen prompted me to leave a tip. I have no issue tipping in industries where it’s customary, but I had never encountered a tipping prompt for a home plumbing service. Given the overall cost of the job, it felt unexpected and added to the overall experience.
The attitude from the employee toward the older customers is kind and caring. A great bunch of people.

I was in a pretty tough spot and needed my well abandoned immediately in order to have my septic completed I called them in the evening and they arrived first thing in the morning and got the job done for a fraction of the price everyone else gave me! Our work schedules are not business hours friendly so one of the owners conveniently met me after work so I could pay them and get my documentation this is hands down a great company and they saved our tales!! Thank you so much I 10/10 recommend

I called this business at 9:30 in the morning. I had an emergency house flood. Mrs. Toni Evans expressed real concern. She told me she would call me back. 15 min later, I received a return call. Mr Evans was busy, but she gave me a referral of an emergency plumber. The short of the story was I called the referral and they were able to accommodate me about 2 hours later.Folks, the people are the real deal. In a time that we are in, it’s hard to find people that act like they care. I would recommend this company to anyone and I will be calling them back if I have any future problems.????????

One of my friends recommended this nail place for my pink French nail tips for my wedding. I typically do my own nails however, for this occasion I wanted a professional to do them. Plus I'm not good at doing French. I have long natural nails and when I go get them done they always breack, so I typically do them myself. I decided to do do the powder pink French tips and I'm in love with them!!! They turned out beautiful!!! My nails also did not break afterwards! The stylist even positioned my nails for my pictures! She was very sweet.
