The staff at Twin Lakes is nothing short of exceptional. I was fortunate to have Laynie and Jill as my two physical therapists after knee replacement surgery. Both women were gentle and patient but also very firm in terms of encouraging me to be proactive in my recovery. I always felt listened to and all my questions and concerns were met with thorough knowledge and compassion. The facilities are well maintained and consistently cleaned throughout the day. It's very clear that everyone who works at TL cares deeply about their patients and I give them my highest recommendation.
great therapy, wonderful people!clean place.
My therapist is awesome, her name is Caroline. All the people are very friendly that work there and it’s a nice clean environment. Good vibes all around considering there’s a lot of people in pain doing their best to rehab their physical issues. All the PTs seem to really care about each of their patients/clients.
