Always a wait, even if ur there b4 they open. Make sure to sign the clipboard as soon as u arrive to secure ur place in line. Some days are better than others but plan for an all day event. It is absolutely worth waiting. This place cares more about the health and well-being of ur fur babies than they do putting money in their pockets. They will even work with you on the price if u let them know up front the max amount u are able to spend. I have been taking my pets here for 15 years. No pet owner should have to choose between paying a household bill or buying groceries and saving their pets lives or improving its quality of life, which is a reality to alot of people today. Decent guys at location. Especially for delivering equipment. They work with you and are cordial and respectful. If you have a pet in the tuck thru don't mind of you let them out .
