JD Helton Roofing Co replaced the roof on our commercial building. The existing EDPM roof was aging badly and we had limped along patching it for far too long. It was time to get the roof replaced. I reached out to JDH and they promptly came out and inspected the roof. As expected they scheduled a time to core the roof to make sure they knew exactly existing layers they were dealing with. Two layers and EDPM and some gravel needed to be removed. They also assessed the custom flashing that would be necessary use with the awning.
