My son was really interested in ringing the doorbell. Although it was unnecessary as she was already assisting us at the front desk, she encouraged him and let us know it was okay for him to ring it. Valerie was also extremely welcoming. During the process of my son picking out his frames she was patient and gentle with him. Valerie and Mya were attentive and even helped me pick out some frames for myself. My son is excited to go back and pick up his glasses! The facility is clean, organized, and smells nice!
