After my mother had a water pipe fail, causing significant water damage to her home, I initially contacted Morgan. She was quick to respond, calmly walking me through the situation and instructing me to shut off the water. Her guidance helped us take the right steps from the very beginning.
Within two hours, Southeast Restoration had a mitigation team at our home. They thoroughly assessed the damage, explained every step of the restoration process, and immediately got to work. Josiah, the Lead Technician, was exceptional throughout the entire process. He always called before arriving, kept us informed about the next steps, and made sure we understood what to expect. Their team also recommended a plumber who did an excellent job replacing the broken pipe.
The team work they showed was impressive. Morgan tackled the crawl space while Josiah worked upstairs, and they eventually met back together to finish the job. It was refreshing to see people genuinely enjoy working together. They laughed, encouraged one another, and still worked efficiently and professionally. Later, Jensen joined Josiah and was just as kind, knowledgeable, and enjoyable to be around. Mrs. Angela was incredibly friendly and accommodating with our schedule, making the entire process much less stressful. Joseph, our inspector, was also insightful, thorough, and took the time to answer our questions. More than anything, every person we interacted with showed genuine compassion and kindness. They didn't just restore our home—they helped ease my mother's worries and reassured her that everything would be taken care of. They treated us with patience, respect, and care during a difficult time. It was evident that they all carried themselves with the love of Jesus, not only in what they said but in the way they served, encouraged, and cared for us. When they finished each day, the work areas were left clean and organized, even with drying equipment remaining in place. From start to finish, Southeast Restoration exceeded every expectation.
