After my mother had a water pipe fail, causing significant water damage to her home, I initially contacted Morgan. She was quick to respond, calmly walking me through the situation and instructing me to shut off the water. Her guidance helped us take the right steps from the very beginning.
Within two hours, Southeast Restoration had a mitigation team at our home. They thoroughly assessed the damage, explained every step of the restoration process, and immediately got to work. Josiah, the Lead Technician, was exceptional throughout the entire process. He always called before arriving, kept us informed about the next steps, and made sure we understood what to expect. Their team also recommended a plumber who did an excellent job replacing the broken pipe.
The team work they showed was impressive. Morgan tackled the crawl space while Josiah worked upstairs, and they eventually met back together to finish the job. It was refreshing to see people genuinely enjoy working together. They laughed, encouraged one another, and still worked efficiently and professionally. Later, Jensen joined Josiah and was just as kind, knowledgeable, and enjoyable to be around. Mrs. Angela was incredibly friendly and accommodating with our schedule, making the entire process much less stressful. Joseph, our inspector, was also insightful, thorough, and took the time to answer our questions. More than anything, every person we interacted with showed genuine compassion and kindness. They didn't just restore our home—they helped ease my mother's worries and reassured her that everything would be taken care of. They treated us with patience, respect, and care during a difficult time. It was evident that they all carried themselves with the love of Jesus, not only in what they said but in the way they served, encouraged, and cared for us. When they finished each day, the work areas were left clean and organized, even with drying equipment remaining in place. From start to finish, Southeast Restoration exceeded every expectation. I wanted to update my review of Rumsey Construction and Restoration services I received.

I would definitely consult with Ramsey Restoration again. They explained the process thoroughly and I just had too trust the process and be flexible with scheduling and undersatand that I was not thier only customer/client. They ensured my needs were important and a priority as they worked my restoration with local Restoration team in Augusta Ga., into thier scheduling, which was most impressive to me. They evaluated the size of the job that needed to be done and coordinated with each service within thier company to ensure each service (water mitigation, demolition, reconstruction, plastering and painting) was handled with expertise. They also worked with me and my insurance company. All i had to do was be patient, understand the process and let the various very skilled technicians for each task do thier job. I could not be more impressed with the coordination between each task and the commitment to make sure the job was completed to perfection. I failed to remember the name of each technician of Mr. Fabian's team but wanted to note thier skills and professionalism was exceptional. I will say again, be patient, they are the experts, and trust the process, they are professional and easy to work with.“

Both instances, they have been super responsive and get started as soon as they can to complete the project so we can have our home back. When I explained the situation, he immediately set up a date and time for an estimate. My repairs were small, but I felt he treated me as if I was a major project that would be worth tens of thousands of dollars. He worked the project himself and noticing that I had lost some soffits around a dormer, he gave me a quote to fix it. I accepted his offer, because quotes were well within the ranges that I had determined on the internet, for my area. The quality of his work was unparalleled, and for both of the repairs his craftsmanship was better than the house's original construction. NOW, for me the truly important factors in customer service are integrity, reliability and honesty. Mr. Raborn demonstrated them all as he completed my repairs. He continually informed me of when he would be returning to complete tasks, and if he had a delay, he would address it openly. He seemed to have, at all times, my interest in mind, and he went into detailed discussions about the reasons he chose to complete a repair. He'd then let me choose, which option I wanted him to execute. I don't believe, nor do I wish to have any other roof repairs, soon.
