They evaluated the size of the job that needed to be done and coordinated with each service within thier company to ensure each service (water mitigation, demolition, reconstruction, plastering and painting) was handled with expertise. They also worked with me and my insurance company. All i had to do was be patient, understand the process and let the various very skilled technicians for each task do thier job. “I recently had major damage to my fascia and soffits. I called several places, but no one returned my calls. Even though Mr. Raborn thought my number was a "telemarketer," he answered. When I explained the situation, he immediately set up a date and time for an estimate. My repairs were small, but I felt he treated me as if I was a major project that would be worth tens of thousands of dollars. He worked the project himself and noticing that I had lost some soffits around a dormer, he gave me a quote to fix it. I accepted his offer, because quotes were well within the ranges that I had determined on the internet, for my area. The quality of his work was unparalleled, and for both of the repairs his craftsmanship was better than the house's original construction. NOW, for me the truly important factors in customer service are integrity, reliability and honesty. Mr. Raborn demonstrated them all as he completed my repairs. He continually informed me of when he would be returning to complete tasks, and if he had a delay, he would address it openly. He seemed to have, at all times, my interest in mind, and he went into detailed discussions about the reasons he chose to complete a repair. He'd then let me choose, which option I wanted him to execute. I don't believe, nor do I wish to have any other roof repairs, soon.
