As an employee of a restoration company in New Jersey, I was entrusted with handling my mother's water claim. I am truly grateful for the exceptional support and understanding shown by the entire Augusta team. Angela, Alex, Chandler, and Ryan have all been not just professional, but also empathetic, understanding the unique needs of my elderly mother and keeping me informed despite my living out of state.Alex helped us get the funds that were needed from my mom's insurance company and was relentless in getting every last penny required to restore my mom's house. Many reasons for a 5-star rating, ease of the process, honesty and integrity, great workmanship, great customer service, timeliness of completing repairs. We had our water heater burst on us and it was a nightmare, but Southeastern Restoration exceeded our expectations in making the process so simple. Very happy with the work they did!
