“Coming to this practice from a huge medical chain was like coming from night to day. The care is so much more personal. You can actually call the office were your doctor works and speak with someone quickly. The office staff is friendly and they obviously take pride in their work. I was waiting for a house to sell and that was the condition I set. Once I sent the deposit, it was game on. The appointment for the procedure was made like 90 days out. When the deadline was approaching, i called to get a refund because the house had not sold. They wouldn't refund my $4500 for some lame excuse. It was well outside of 30 days, so I went to my bank and they did reverse charge because SR wasn't reasonable. SR had the balls to reach out to recharge so they could issue a refund. Nope....
