Dr. Patel is an excellent doctor that always shows he cares about health and is smart, kind and very thorough. He always makes patients feel seen and understood. The staff is really nice and welcoming. Ms. Maria is very sweet and works hard at the front desk. Patients feel welcomed every visit and always feel like they are in good hands. The clinic offers same-day appointments, telemedicine, and access to various medical specialists. With a focus on convenience, the clinic offers easy access to various services, including imaging, laboratory, physical therapy, and pharmacy services. It's easy to get in, they remember your name and they are very professional, efficient and caring.
I recently moved to Dr. Anup Patel as my primary care physician. I had a wonderful experience with him and his staff, and I highly recommend them. Dr. Patel has an excellent manner, and was extremely helpful. Doctors can often be intimidating, and I didn't experience that at all here. I also want to recommend Marissa Macdonald, MP. Both of them made me feel very comfortable and well taken care of.
I’ve been looking for a primary care Doctor. This facility has been welcoming from the receptionist Maria to the intake nurse to Dr. Sheed. All easy to talk to. I am looking for a place I can come to without experiencing anxiety like in previous experiences. I felt calm here, even had a normal BP, and Dr Sheed made me feel heard. This is a first for me. I look forward to coming back.
