Today was my first day receiving less than exceptional care from this location. I was having excruciating pre-menstrual pain and the doctor I saw (who was not my regular doctor), told me to just take some over the counter Aleve and it should go away. I am a middle aged Black woman who has been having her menstrual cycle for over 28 years, I know when I’m having regular menstrual pain vs. something unusual. The worst part about this care was the doctor I saw was a Black woman who dismissed my pain. This visit was so heartbreaking ?. Will anyone stand with Black Women?

DO NOT GO HERE! They don’t practice medicine and all the reviews are accurate. They have no clue what they are doing, you don’t have a PRIMARY care provider. They fail at every point on communication. I constantly try and stay on top of them for key medication and every time they have failed to provide a plan that works to keep them available. I can’t believe I started here and didn’t read the reviews.

So it took me sometime to get there due to getting sick on the road. I was 9mins late, got there checked in and still waited 2hours to be seen, only to be told to go BACK to the ER to get a Stomach scan that the doctor could have put an order for to do in office. She stated she didn’t know why the ER didn’t...read full review
