Cannot speak anymore highly of Shumate Heating & Air and especially their technician Gary Houser. We recently had our units serviced and Gary was outstanding and went above and beyond with an issue that really saved us big time! Shumate will have mine and Alan's business forever!
Shumate did an awesome work in my home replacing an old water heat. The water heater location is not easy in a tight closet upstairs. Before contact Shumate, I tried other company that said it was not possible to replace for a same volume device and I should down size it. We were not in the mood to replace for something smaller. A neighbor recommended Shumate saying they for sure will get the work done. We called them, they were always very positive saying the work will be done! Yes, they did it. Thank you guys! You are amazing professionals.
