Shawn was fantastic. We explained a problem to him and he came up with a solution that was not typical but solved the issue better than we hoped. He and Shumate kept us well informed throughout the process.Very nice people to work with and always respectful.
Our tech explained what he would check and what needed to be replaced or repaired amd followed up with a detailed report. He layed out options for work that should be done at some point but didn't pressure us.
A/C compressor unit cooling fan stopped. I “spun it up” but knew something wasn’t right. Called Shumate and they sent Gary who, after listening to me recite what happened, told me the likely reason. Testing confirmed the problem, which he repaired.Service: HVAC system maintenance
