“I believe in longevity but after my previous heating/ac contractor was unable to resolve my needs (after numerous chances) , I had no choice but to go elsewhere. So on the recommendation of a friend (who also had encountered similar issues with a previous provider), I called on Peachtree Services. this past Sunday (September 14th) at 5:30pm. Corey was dispatched to my house within 3 hours. He found the problem, something that the other provider couldn't detect despite the unlimited callouts in my maintenance contract. And yes, I probably obtained my money's worth with the other provider. For what? Every visit was a different explanation and the fix was temporary. On Monday, Corey returned with a colleague by the same name, where I was shown photographs and given the option of an expensive repair of something 13 years old, or for a few more dollars, a brand new system. I opted for the latter. The very next day (yesterday), John and two others (unfortunately, I don't remember their names) arrived at 10am and proceeded to remove practically the entire infrastructure of the old system (AC unit and Furnace) and install the new hardware. They were neat, knowledgeable and professional in all aspects. From my initial call to the complete installation of my new system, the entire process took a little more than 50 hours. I couldn't expect anything better... or faster.“

“I highly recommend just cooling, particularly their technician Isaiah. I had them do a second opinion after another company said my compressor was bad and I needed to replace my entire system. The other guy was there less than an hour. Isaiah comes and spends over an hour investigating the issue and finds there were some burnt wires feeding into the compressor. He orders the kit, comes and installs, and AC is now running perfectly. Can’t overstate the importance of having trustworthy technicians who actually take the time to research the issue and not take the short cut and push a new system on customers when it’s not needed at the time. Definitely adding them to my preferred services list.“
