She has great attention to detail when it comes to her work. I have gotten a brow lamination, Korean Lash lifts and Led Lash extensions which I loved and has lasted me a long time. I love how she tries to find the best lash layout that perfectly fits my eye! She just always gives me the results that I want and I have left satisfied each time I come here!“

“My strong suggestion is estheticians remember to ask if a person wants to be shaved entirely or if hair is to remain. We don't sit down at hair salons, nail salons, spas etc without the provider confirming the service desired They don't just do any style thru want to without consultingthe client/customer. Although I said leave a small strip, she still did not/totally misunderstood me to be saying wax me in small strips??
Maybe the front desk staff can provide a form for the customer to check off the service and details so the technician can have it in their hand and not get distracted in their heads. I tried to maintain my composure because the esthetician was kind and apologetic but this is like the 3rd time this has happened over my years of visiting this location and I was truly disappointed ?“
