“I don't have the words to express how happy I am with my service. I literally have not had threading done since 2022 because of the damage done, meaning my structure was completely uneven and I pretty much accepted that there wasn't much I could do since the brows are *especially* difficult to regrow. I went in for a clean up and maybe a little improvement and literally when she was done I was shook. In the best way possible.
The salon itself is so pretty - and most important- clean and well kept.

We don't sit down at hair salons, nail salons, spas etc without the provider confirming the service desired They don't just do any style thru want to without consultingthe client/customer. Maybe the front desk staff can provide a form for the customer to check off the service and details so the technician can have it in their hand and not get distracted in their heads.
