Sonny was incredibly informative before, during, and after my appointment. She explained everything clearly, told me exactly what I needed, gave easy directions to find her location, and answered all of my questions without hesitation. Her communication was excellent, and she made me feel completely comfortable the entire time.

“My strong suggestion is estheticians remember to ask if a person wants to be shaved entirely or if hair is to remain. We don't sit down at hair salons, nail salons, spas etc without the provider confirming the service desired They don't just do any style thru want to without consultingthe client/customer. Although I said leave a small strip, she still did not/totally misunderstood me to be saying wax me in small strips??
Maybe the front desk staff can provide a form for the customer to check off the service and details so the technician can have it in their hand and not get distracted in their heads. I tried to maintain my composure because the esthetician was kind and apologetic but this is like the 3rd time this has happened over my years of visiting this location and I was truly disappointed ?“

“I LOVE LOVE LOVE my brows!! I was recently diagnosed with Stage 4 Metastatic Breast Cancer and my brows thinned due to chemo. I have always had beautiful thick eyebrows and hair. “Upon reading the many raving reviews, I decided to try Jay Lash for my very first eyelash extension experience.

My initial visit on 05/17/25 was with Stella, who was soft-spoken and professional. She used a tablet to take photos of my eyes to determine the appropriate lash curl. The LED hybrid application process took about an hour. However, upon completion, I felt a lash poking my left eye and brought it to her attention. Instead of fixing it, the lash was cut, which left the set looking incomplete. Once I got home, I also noticed the lashes appeared sparse, barely noticeable, and were poking my glasses.

Because of this, I returned to the salon on 05/21/25 and was assisted by Tavian, a new hire. She was friendly, pleasant, and patient. Tavian took the time to properly fix the issues, ensured the lashes were comfortable, and made sure they no longer interfered with my glasses. This visit took approximately 1 hour and 32 minutes, and I left much more satisfied.

My third visit with Tavian on 12/19/25 was generally positive, though she was running a bit late. Toward the end of the appointment, the service felt somewhat rushed as another client was waiting. The full process took about two hours, and I experienced slight discomfort with watery eyes. I also purchased a lash shampoo from her during this visit.

Overall, while I appreciated Tavian’s responsiveness and attentiveness, there were some inconsistencies across visits. Additionally, the salon could benefit from upgrading to a more efficient POS system, as the current one was very slow.“
