She talked to me about my hair type and recommended some brushes and products, but not in a pushy way. Turns out, my hair didn't need the deep condition because I had one a couple of months ago. She informed me instead of doing it anyway and charging me. This is my favorite salon. Caprice is so sweet and good at what she does. I like having someone who understands my hair.
