“Unfortunately, we had a leak at our house while I was out of town working. My wife noticed it and called me. It’s a helpless feeling to know your family needs you and there is nothing you can do. My wife called Emergency Water Damage & Josh and his team were at my house within an hour. He communicated and kept me in the loop even with me being out of town. He came in and handled EVERYTHING. When I say everything, they handled things I did not even think of them handling. They were professional, courteous, and so easy to work with. They worked with our insurance company and were even able to meet our adjuster at the house so my wife didn’t have to. You WILL NOT find a more professional company. And to hear my wife (when she returned to the house) rave about how clean they left the place despite the damage and now awaiting repairs, just made the experience better. Happy wife, happy life, right? No one wants to experience such loss and events, but should I ever need such a company again, our ONLY call will be Emergency Water Damage!!! Thank you all!!!“

“Frank responded quickly to a call for help. After a leaking pipe left several areas of my laundry room and basement wet and damaged, Frank delivered several fans and inspected for mold. His infrared photos showed where the water was inside the walls. After 3 days, photos of the same spots showed that the area had been completely dried. I would not recommend getting a leak and needing remediation, but if you do - call Frank at Water Out!“
