Very disappointed with this facility. I have tried it three times for mandatory drug testing for work. I was treated poorly all three times. I actually walked away and used a different facility the second time because I got an uneasy feeling with the way I was being spoken to. The third time I went the tech did not realize she needed to fill up two sample cups. She poured my remaining urine away after filing one vial. I questioned the fact it was not two vials. I was told to go to the front and sit down. My employer had given me a barcode and the ordered test request was easily accessible to the tech. We went here a few weeks ago because my wife had to do a drug screening and a covid test. The drug screening took no time but when it came time for the covid test nobody came back to tell her to come to the back. We waited for about 15 more minutes until we decided to just get up and go. It was very unprofessional and unacceptable. It's messed up that even though we live right down the street you can't get good customer service but it is what it is.

What an amazing staff! The center is clean and practicing social distancing. We are a family of 6 and our little ones are aged 2 years to 14 years old. The staff were so patient, professional, gentle, clean and knowledgeable. We came here for covid testing and the results were emailed to us. The whole process is super easy. We live more than 30 minutes from the location but we are definitely returning for their services. Thank you, Genesis Team!
