My massage therapist was incredibly knowledgeable and skilled. They paid close attention to my problem areas, identified all my built‑up muscle tension and painful knots. The pressure was perfectly adjusted throughout the whole session — not too hard and not too light. By the end of the treatment, my stiff shoulders and back felt so much looser. I left feeling deeply relaxed, way better than I expected.
I also want to give special credit to the front‑desk manager. You can tell great management makes a huge difference here. The whole operation is very well‑organized. My appointment started exactly on schedule, communication was clear, and the staff team works seamlessly together. Everything ran smoothly from check‑in all the way to check‑out. There was no rushing, and I felt well‑taken care of the entire time.
The atmosphere inside is wonderful as well. The space is spotlessly clean, quiet and peaceful. The soft, soothing aroma fills the whole venue the moment you step in, which instantly helps you unwind and get into a relaxed state. All treatment rooms are tidy and comfortable.
This is one of the best massage visits I’ve had in a long time. Every detail shows how much they value their customers. I will absolutely be returning for future sessions and will happily recommend this place to my family and friends!!“

Their meditations are so beautiful and rewarding. It has taken practice for me but now I understand more and more the importance of these type of spaces. Karla has an amazing capability to guide, her voice, creating a safe/ healing/ non judgmental space since the beginning. Being able to be vulnerable in a group setting, with people I don’t know yet, was scary at the beginning but as I progressed it was very rewarding and healing.

“I needed lymphatic massages after surgery. I had gone to another licensed lymphatic masseuse prior to Massage and Medspa Solutions LLC, it was like she was poking around my body to identify if I had any fibrosis or something, she used her two thumbs and just starting feeling around, not massaging an area specifically, then my massage ended. Anyways, I thought that either I stay with this certified lymphatic masseuse (and have nothing really happen, I can poke my own body haha) or just find another one that meets my needs better. I booked the next certified lymphatic masseuse available because I was on a time crunch and happened to stumble upon Michael. Michael is great at what he does and I’m satisfied with continuing my massages with him. Michael is also really knowledgeable, he talks about the body and gives me tips on what I can do to help myself as well. Diane is fantastic, I just recently had a lymphatic massage done by her because of how highly Michael speaks of her.

I am happy that I found this place, I would have probably driven an hour away if I had to (good thing I do not have to though). It’s hard to find quality support after surgery!! So it is worth it“
