Jessica is an amazing massage therapist. It is relaxing, but she also concentrates on joints and areas of muscle tightening/ spasm. I felt so comfortable with her and so much better after the massage. It was the perfect treat after an adjustment, to put me back on my feet. These are things you should do for yourself, to improve your day to day life. It is amazing the difference it can make. It’s the best I’ve felt in weeks!! Highly recommend!!

I started seeing Dr. April during my second trimester and continued through the rest of my pregnancy and post partum. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. April! I never had any of the typical pregnancy aches and pains, and my delivery was as easy as it could possibly be, in large part because my body was aligned and prepared for birth. I’m so grateful to Dr. April and her team!

Christmas night I had severe back pain due to too much standing, and stress while preparing for company over Christmas. I called and left a message at Harmony Chiropractic that I was in pain and needed help to get back to normal as soon as possible. My daughter was going in the hospital to have her 2nd baby in a few days and I was keeping her 35 lb 3 year old. They were closed for the holiday. Much to my surprise, Dr. April Lundy heard my message, called and offered to meet me at her office. She did and helped me so much. The next day Dr Lundy followed up to see how I was doing.
