The guy at the front desk was horrible, no customer service skills, he was on his cell phone the entire time when we were checking in and checking out. He assisted the ladies with the detox and he was very rough handling my feet drying them off. He has no personality and with him being the first person you encounter for service does not look for the business. He rushed the process of checking in and out while remaining on his cell phone the entire time. I felt disrespected and when trying to ask questions he was rude, short and again on his cell phone the entire time which is not professional. Gracie gave me and AMAZING massage! I as professional and had great pressure. I didn’t have to tell her the points of focus bc she could tell. I’m a licensed massage therapist so I can tell when a therapist cares and she does. Will be back

Honestly was going to leave a review whether they asked or not. This is the best massage I've had in over a decade. Anna was my masseuse and my mom had a gentleman who reportedly gave her "amazing ear plucks, Eyelid pinches and chin grips" hahaha we are sooooo happy with it all! Anna gave me the best head massage I've EVER had. 90 minutes is a great amount of time for them to really dig in. I'll be back for sure. They have earned my loyalty! THANK YOU ALL!
