My massage therapist was incredibly knowledgeable and skilled. They paid close attention to my problem areas, identified all my built‑up muscle tension and painful knots. Alicia explained that she works strictly by appointment and doesn't accept walk-ins. She personally guided me through the booking process, and once my payment was confirmed, I received my private approval code along with clear instructions on how everything worked.
When I arrived, I immediately understood why the approval code is required. Another customer who showed up without one was politely turned away at the front desk. He mentioned he didn't realize appointments were mandatory and had to leave to complete the booking first. It made me appreciate how smooth and organized my own experience was.
