It was Sue’s last appt .of the day, and due to heavy traffic because of a horrendous storm, I ran into traffic, and estimated I’d be 15 minutes late,. I reached out to the Call Center to ask them to notify her. I was so anxious, I called twice to let them know of my progress through traffic.
