I went there today because I was in a hurry to get to another errand. So I asked to get my nails filled in and on the chart it says 35.00 for fill in. The last time I came there I was charged 50.00 plus I gave a 5.00 tip because the guy did a little extra plus a good job..Okay, so today I get the same thing and the lady charged me 55.00 and asked did I want to leave a tip. So I said No. She wiped that smile off of her face. Don't keep going up on the price for the same service. You got your tip in what you charged me. Charge one set price and you won't get a bad review. If I decide to give you more money, let that be my choice. People are keeping up with what service...read full review

Went in lastnight for a pedi, wasn’t home for 30 minutes before my Gel polish chipped and came off. I have tried calling numerous times with no connection. I feel this is the only way to get my point across with them

Don’t go here. I asked the nail tech for a style (acrylic flower) she didn’t seem confident but she said she could do something similar so I said okay. As I was finishing, I asked her about the acrylic flower she said “ oh, I thought you didn’t want it because I can’t do it exactly”.I brushed it off so because I don’t want my nails don’t by someone who isn’t confident.As she was putting on the topcoat, I told her I didn’t like my nails they are too plain and I wanted to add a chrome overlay. At first the manager said she can’t do them then I said I’ve had the service done before.The manager was just like oh it’ll cost more money to get the chrome....read full review
