While other neighbors were getting there roofs replaced we were fighting with our insurance company (State Farm) to cover our roof. They came up with every reason in the world not to. GAR was phenomenal with assisting during this process. Even though we failed to get the coverage I paid for we decided we would just pay for it ourselves.

From the beginning to the final payment GAR could not of been anymore professional, honest and down right caring. Mathew our sales rep was there every step of the way. His knowledge of his business far exceeded my expectation. If we ever have to go through this process again, Mathew will be the first guy I call. The crew that was assigned to install our roof was the best crew I ever had assigned to a job I needed completed. Also very professional, I even baked them cookies.
