“If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I have hired Ross Property Services for work needed by our HOA neighborhood common areas, as well as for my own private property. On each occasion, I walked away impressed. Jeff and his team are professional, punctual, courteous and so easy to work with. They offer a fair price, do high quality work and generally go above and beyond what is expected. You can't ask for more than that! Most recently, I hired RPS to clean my mess of a roof and also do some pressure washing around my property. Please see my before and after pictures. The difference is remarkable!“
“I had a new roof installed approximately 4 years ago. Colby helped us deal with our insurance company on completing the job. Our insurance company wanted to only replace a section of the roof, but we had a full replacement option with our coverage. Colby and ET Restorations helped by getting me connected with a 3rd party independent inspector who fought for us. Ultimately, we got our roof replaced and ET Restorations completed the job quickly and efficiently.Fast forward to this past week. I found a water leak in the attic. After walking around the exterior of the home, I found three shingles had broke off in the recent storm. I called ET Restorations and they set up an appointment for the following day. Colby and Jon came out and took a look at the roof. They were able to get to work, and quickly replaced the small sections that had broken off.What a great company! Highly recommend.“
