“We just finished a build with Southland, and we couldn’t be more pleased! As others have said, sometimes there was a struggle with up-front communication, but we never had any issues receiving a response anytime we contacted Jodi (sales), Brian (project manager), or Wendy (main office). My only “negative” with the process is how long the house would go untouched, but once work was started, there was a LOT done in a very short amount of time. I’m sure that’s all part of the process of building a home, but as this was our first time building, we didn’t know what to expect. If that had been communicated to us up front, I would have zero complaints. Our house is gorgeous, very well built, and we couldn’t have beaten the price anywhere else! We would absolutely use Southland again.“
