Juan and team have been so helpful and responsive. They have assisted me with insuring that both of my AC units are up and running for when I need them with the maintenance plan. They arrive on time with a pre notice text and phone call reminders and are professional courteous.
I was really impressed with my technician’s (Felix’s) thoroughness in his evaluation of my current unit’s failure. He sighted a lot of short-comings/deficiencies of my home warranty company’s previous installation contractor, as well as manufacturer deficiencies on the 1-year-old unit. I really feel his thoroughness resulted in the home warranty company’s decision to replace the entire unit, versus trying to just put a bunch of band-aids on a really troubled unit. ? Now, I’m hopeful to see his thoroughness & expertise employed on the installation of the replacement unit! ?

They were able to schedule an appointment quick. Were with in the time window and called ahead. Did the work quick. Kept me informed. Clean and very courteous. Highly recommended. Price was fair.
