“Jordan was outstanding through the whole process of getting a new roof! I had several leaks in the roof and had a hard time getting State Farm to cover the full replacement. They kept giving partial repairs. Jordan kept coming out, marking the roof the day before, and getting up there to take pictures and show that I was in need for a full replacement. After 7 months of going back and forth with State Farm, Jordan was able to get it fully covered!

The crew was there early and worked very hard to get the job done in one day. The final product looks fantastic! Jake was great on the day of the install. He oversaw the project and made sure everything was handled properly and left our house spotless of any debris or nails.

“The GOOD: great communication from office staff; they and the site team were courteous and professional; they asked some questions initially, then offered a post-work summary. Good communication for quoting and appointment work (including a weather-related reschedule).

The BAD: from their Web site, I was under the impression they only used the vacuum system (hence the company name). However, they did not use vacuums for the gutters on the rear of the house, but instead used a leaf blower, which blew muddy gunk all over our concrete patio and its furnishings as well as the back of the house. They did vacuum that stuff up from the patio, but the patio, chairs, and umbrella still sported dirt marks.

If I had known they were going to use a leaf blower, I would have solicited more quotes from traditional firms, those who do not use a vacuum system.“
