I got approximately five estimates to have my roof replaced and this company was the only one who checked back after the initial visit. That's why they got my business. Oh, and they did a great job. Lol

Great customer service. Had to watch them and have the supervising agent correct issues that the roofers caused. If you did not have a basic understanding of HVAC and simple construction, you might have missed it and ended in a serious predicament down the line. Also after a lil over a year, my gutter spikes have fallen out. They told me they would be replaced with new one that had a mechanism that prevented this from happening......they were not installed. But, this review is moot since they are no longer in business.

Between Mrs. Brittany and Mr. Isaiah the service was excellent. Both very polite and professional. The roof looks great. Biggest surprise to me was they dealt with the insurance company on my behalf.
