When he came to do the work, he was on time and competently completed the work. There was no trying to charge me more than he quoted which I really appreciated. On top of all that, he was friendly and personable which made the whole experience much more pleasant. Also with Bruce, was Rhett who was in training. All South Restoration was recommended to me and I'm very happy that I decided to hire them. First, they identified many repair items that were missed by a professional insurance adjuster and, based on their professional estimate and reputation, insurance agree to pay for additional repairs which saved me many thousands $$$ as otherwise I would have to pay for these repairs from my own pocket later on. “Kevin and the R&S team did a fantastic job on our basement from beginning to end. They gave us a clear timeline and pay schedule, with very little deviation from the original plan. The contractors were punctual and generally showed up when expected. Kevin was willing to work together with us on our vision for the basement and showed that he really cared about our family and our future plans for the space.
