“There are not enough positive words available within the English language to convey the depth of the care, professionalism, craftsmanship, courtesy, knowledge, efficiency, transparency, humanity, and absolutely spectacular results achieved for my family and my home in my experience with Pinnacle Home Improvements. From the initial call to book for an estimate, through the process itself of an in person visit to inspect the damage from weather/wind/storms as well as age factored in as well, through to materials delivery, actual job completion with cleanup, final inspection and sign off, I was treated with the utmost care by every team member. From the front office staff, the team that came to my home to provide the evaluation of my project and supply the estimate and education regarding the process, the materials, the staff, the warranty, the job process, all questions were addressed and fully explained, the team that delivered materials, to the team that came to work on my home with respectful care, I am grateful. I had complete confidence from start to finish and was met with pure professionalism as well as a wonderful human touch. The day of my evaluation I was provided the same day with not only a fully complimented document of the heath of my roof and its condition with footage from all angles obtained by a drone, I was also provided an in depth education of the materials used and offered, and full transparency for costs as well as having my expectations for timelines set. It was incredibly reassuring the team was invested in my understanding and comfort with all aspects of the project start to finish.
I was further impressed by the fact all timelines for materials drop off, project start time, project completion (in extreme heat also!) were met. The team that arrived came on time, worked in the extreme Georgia heat, during a heat dome week, were absolutely flawless in their treatment of my home itself as well as my property and the cleanup was incredibly thorough- even after a grueling day in the heat. I have an extremely unique home, with a high pitch A framed roof, with additional geometric shifts and lets just say this made their job and their work all the more interesting (read that as tough!) however, all care was taken to protect my home, and to keep me informed all day long during their tireless work and cleanup process after. I was given a walkthrough mid stream of the day of the install, and all my questions were answered and my expectations were managed well and proficiently. I was highly impressed with the entire team.
