“On my 3rd visit, I watched (maybe the owner, older Asian woman, tall) accuse a worker of something. The exchange was unprofessional as it was in front of several customers, & a few other workers. The older woman stood over the worker, & after the worker spoke up for herself, she had to keep repeating herself. She was frustrated but she maintained her composure very well. Kinda rubbed me the wrong way. Kinda like a mom scolding her child.
Service is typically well. My services always come out like I want and the atmosphere is usually pleasant enough.“
