She checked in with me throughout the entire service to make sure I was doing okay and took the time to talk with me and answer my questions, which really helped ease my nerves. She was very clean, welcoming and professional. I can tell she uses high quality hard wax because the pain was minimal, and days later I do not have the small break outs/white heads that I often get after a wax.
